The basic task type, ideal for personal task management.
|
Collaboration - full |
Provides a formal process for task delegation and execution.
|
Collaboration - simple |
Enables task delegation with simplified response.
|
Send |
Enables task delegation, but requires acknowledgement rather than a text and file response.
|
Group chat |
Enables shared chat conversations between multiple parties. |
Share |
Enables sharing of text and/or files between multiple parties.
|
Outline |
For grouping tasks in a plan, without creating a group-level task that has to be executed. |
Notes |
For adding notes to a plan, without creating a task that has to be executed. |
If you are not sure, use the Task task type to start. You can Change task type later.
If you want to delegate tasks to people, Collaboration - simple is usually the best option. It is worth reading Collaboration - full to understand how the delegation process works.
