To create a new user, go to the Settings folder and select the Sytem settings icon. In system settings, select the Users icon to see a list of current users.

This shows a list of users, with their names, user ids, email and whether their sign in is enabled or disabled. Use the Search box to find a user, and sort using column headings.
Select the name of a user to see details of the user.

The user details shows the user id, name and email for the user, whether their sign in is enabled, their user node, and the groups of which they are a member. Click on the user node (which has the same name as the user) to see information about the user such as when they were created and when they last signed in.
The user details shows buttons to maintain the user.
| Change user details |
Update user name and email. Users can alternatively change their own name and email from the About me folder. If you have installed Enhanced authentication and removed users' permissions to change their own names and emails, administrators will have to do this for them. |
| Reset password |
Update password. Users can alternatively change their own password from the About me folder. If they have forgotten their password, they will be able to reset their own password using the Forgotten password option on Sign in and sign out, unless this has been disabled. You can remove the password for a user. This can be useful either as an additional action for a user whose sign in has been disabled, or for special users used to run some system processes. |
| Disable sign in | Disallow a user to sign in. Can be re-enabled. |
| Theme | Change the theme for just this user. This is incompatible with Relay, which has to use a theme set across the whole account. See Themes. |
| Delete |
Delete the user completely. Items in Relay are initially owned by the user who created them, and this owner is used to grant permissions to other users of use those items. Deleting users can disrupt the permissions. If a user has been using Relay extensively or as an administrator, it is usually safer the disable a user's sign in than to delete them completely. Never delete the account holder user. |
| New user | Create a New user. |
