Themes

A theme defines the style and branding of the portal.

Theme development is outside of the scope of this guide.

To install a theme that has been created for you, you will be given a theme reference.

To set the theme, go to the Account manager, find the row with Theme, and from the Action drop-down on that row, select the Set account theme option.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the Set theme by reference section.

Enter your theme reference and use Apply to set the theme. You will be shown a confirmation page warning that the theme is not a built in theme. Use Apply on the confirmation page, too.

Your theme will then be changed. You may need to refresh your page to see the theme.

You can try the themes in the theme selector. Only the plain theme, with a name of Metrici, will give good results with Relay.

If the Reset option at the top of the account theme page does not work correctly you can reappy the RelayWorksSmart.com service them using the reference relayws.theme.theme.

The Account manager drop-down also has a Product themes option. This is for managing clashes if you have installed multiple products and there are incompatibilities between theme elements from those products. Do not change product themes or Relay will stop working.
