Account properties

Use the Account properties link in the menu of the top right corner of Account manager to view account properties.

Account properties are an advanced topic, and you should not typically need to set them. The full list of account properties is documented in the Account properties topic in the development guide.

To edit account properties, you must be the account holder user. Open the Account properties link in a new tab or window, and then select Edit from the drop-down menu in the top right of the page. Link to the property using the standard link control, and enter a value in the text box.

Multi-user accounts may want to change the Email From property to change the "from" email address of their emails. If you want to change this property you must first discuss this with support. The outgoing email servers verify permitted email addresses and if you add a new email address without this being verified then your emails might get blocked and/or there is a danger that the entire service will be blacklisted for sending non-verified emails.
