Sign in
If you are signed out, look in the top right of the portal service home page to see a Sign in link.
Use this link to bring up the sign in form.
You can sign in either using your user id and password or using your email and password.
If you have more than one user id with the same email, you will see a ⋮ next to your email address. Click on this to access a drop-down list to select the correct user id. There is an option to remember the choice you made, so that next time you sign in with that email you will not need to select the user id.
Fogotten password
If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgotten password link. This will bring up the forgotten password form.
Enter your email address in the first box, and the shown characters ("gtaqeu" in this case) in the second box, and click on Continue.
You will be sent an email with a link to reset your password. Your email will contain contact details for your administrator who can help if you are still having difficulty. You account administrator will be emailed, too, so that they are ready to help if required.
If you have more than one user id with the same email, you will get multiple emails, one for each user id that you have with that email address.
Use Account properties if you want to change the password reset emails or disable the password reset feature completely.
Sign out
When you are signed in, use the Sign out link in the top right of the page to sign out.
