Work in Relay is grouped into folders. Relay calls these folders projects. Projects can contain sub-projects.
To create a top-level project, use the New project icon from the Home folder.
This will create a new project folder and take you straight into the project.
To create a sub-project, use the New sub project option from the project folder's context menu.
Relay uses the term "project" to describe folders of tasks. Custom modules can use other words to describe folders, and their terminology may be different.
Relay allows non-administrative users to create projects. However, only administrators can modify and delete projects.
