After selecting Edit folder from the folder's context menu, use the Permissions tab to change folder permissions.
Allow task creation |
Select this option to allow tasks to be created in the folder. This is pre-set for project folders. |
Private |
For connection folders only, select this option to hide the connection when showing the tasks in the task list. This is useful for some specialised connections where showing the connection would be confusing. Changing this option does not apply to existing tasks, but only applies to newly-created tasks. |
User groups |
Select a user or user group who may use this folder, the tasks within it, and any sub folders. After setting a user group, use Apply to add another user or group. See the Users and user groups topic in Settings for details on managing users and on setting user permissions on folders. |
Trusted |
Select the folder is trusted option to indicate that there is a higher level of trust associated with this group. This is an advanced option, used for module connections and connections to specialised services. Do not set it for project folders, and do not set it for connection groups to other organisations or individuals. |
Remember to Save or Apply your changes.
