Folder appearance

Select an icon for the folder.

Select the blank box at the end to use the default icon.

Select a colour for the folder icon.

Select the blank box at the end to use the default colour.

Select the show processes from sub folders option to show tasks from sub folders in the task list for this folder.  Sub folder tasks are shown if they are active or are unread.

The show processes from sub folders can skip over levels of the hierarchy. This option is selected on the Home folder by default, so that each user get a "to do list" when they sign in, even if intermediate project levels do not have this option selected.
