The edit folder option is only available to administrators.
Use the Edit folder option from the folder's context menu to edit the folder.

The edit page is split into five sections, which are described below. Click on the tabs to see the different sections.
After making changes to the folder fields, use Save to save changes close the edit. Use Apply to save changes and continue in edit. Changes are also saved as you move from one tab to another. Use Cancel to return without saving, though previously-saved changes will not be undone.
Connection folders have slightly different edit options. These are described in the sections below.
