The Advanced settings Configuration page shows configuration for the portal. Use the Edit option on the menu in the top right of the page to edit the page, and use Save to save changes and return.
Period of interest | This controls the visibility of tasks that do not have the action set but which have are shown as unread. By default, these are visible for 7 days. |
Application name | What name to use for the application, for example on emails. |
Show exit | Select this to show an Exit icon to return to the home page. This only makes sense if you have multiple products in your home page. |
Permit connection requests |
Set this to allow administrators to assign tasks by name and email address. This would often be deselected in multi-user accounts which require greater control over connections. |
Connection request timeout | When connections are requested because of assignments by name and email, for how long are those requests valid. Default is one week. |
Connection request account action reference | This controls the type of account that will be created when a new user accepts a connection request. This must match a value previously set up by the service provider. |
