Each individual task holds data and records events, and these can be examined at any time. However, there are no built-in features to examine data and events across tasks, and data and events are deleted when tasks are deleted.
Insight is an add-on service that provides a permanent, searchable record of events and data. This can be useful for audit purposes, to retrieve previous work, to extract data for reporting, and as part of custom solutions.
Because it has additional dependencies, Insight is made available through a dedicated account to which your account connects.
